Repeat study: Quizlet and Anki
Quizlet is the more approachable cross-device study system. Its mobile product page documents iOS and Android use, seamless synchronization with the website, and offline study. That establishes a supported workflow, but it does not prove that every set, mode, or account can be used offline. Before a commute or flight, download the exact set, enable airplane mode, complete several cards, reconnect, and verify that progress is preserved.
Anki is the more configurable long-term memory system. The official apps page names AnkiMobile as the official iOS app and AnkiDroid as a free Android client developed by contributors. Kahoot! supports browser and app joining. Its help center, updated 12 September 2026, says participants can use a game PIN, direct link, or QR code for live play or assignments. Slido now requires an important dated distinction. Its product announcement says the iOS and Android participant apps were removed from app stores in January 2026 and discontinued on 30 March 2026.
